I am an early investor in Connect Invest. They have improved their portal since and it is so easy to manage your investments. I cashed out some stocks and knew I would have to pay a significant amount in taxes, so I put what I thought the amount would be in my short note. I made 7.5% in 6mths on that cash and I just reinvested all of it! I made WAY more than it sitting in my Savings account...and now I realize I don't need that cash to pay into my taxes due to other things. But this is pretty cool!

I had my first meeting a rep from the company today. Zoraida was a pleasure to speak with and did a good job of answering all of my questions. I've bene investing with Groundfloor for many years and this is a similar platform. Some advantages appear to be higher rates on the notes and they pay interest monthly instead of deferred payments. Looking forward to starting out! Will definitely update as time goes along.

I have a great experience with Connect Invest, I have my second investment with SDIRA with 2 years short notes (first one was 0.5 years). Customer service is excellent (I am working with Mason Weiler) - extremely fast respond time, extremely helpful on every step in my paperwork and my work with my SDIRA account. Given current markets state - investment in the short notes via trusted and very reputable company is something that everyone want to consider.
